On this, the second day of breast cancer awareness month, I want to remind all of my ladies to write in your breast self exams on your calendars.

40% of diagnosed breast cancers are initially detected by women finding a lump on self exam – and finding breast cancer in its early stages changes everything in terms of treatment as well as the course of the disease.
