Happy October 1st, y’all. ❤

This year again, we’ll be doing Blogtober – with daily posts – though if this body is uncooperative, they may be tiny somedays. Still, we will persist – because Fall is here and October is one of the best times of the year. ❤

First, tomorrow, before we begin our October topics, we’ll back up a little and discuss Ovarian Cancer Awareness – which we usually do in September – as well as talking about the reason for our delay.

After that, this month, we have many other topics to discuss.
Among them:

It is Breast Cancer Awareness Month – and, of course, there will be conversations related to breast cancer screening, treatment, research, and – most importantly – prevention.

It is also Down Syndrome Awareness Month, really special to our family, and I would like to talk more about it than we have in Octobers past. ❤

We have six books remaining in our original banned books project and I want to finish them this month. I’m super excited to have completed this one.
(I have some lighter reading ideas in mind through Thanksgiving and Christmas that I think will be so much fun for the holidays too once we wrap up banned books. ❤ )

I’m also looking forward to sharing our October days and adventures here. ❤
Yay for Fall!
See you back tomorrow for Blogtober Day 2.

Be well, everybody. Take care of yourselves and each other.
Grace and Blessings.
