Happy St. Patrick’s Day 2026, y’all.

Here in the Hippie Hut – up to yesterday – it has been really unseasonably warm.

Then, all of the sudden, we had some gnarly storms come through – ouch – and the temperatures literally dropped from almost 80 degrees to 30 degrees.

On Sunday, it was 77 degrees here at the Hippie Hut.

On Monday morning, this was our backyard:

What’s more, this morning is colder – 29 degrees – so this little Spoonie is in bed, my body having just said no.

No worries though, it’s warming right back up – ouch with the temperature instability – and will be in the 70’s by Thursday.

What a ride.
