Since I posted on Monday, it has been A. Week.

We’ve been at our wonderful vet’s office twice with Henry, who has been sick – and it has been scary – for antibiotics and labs, adjusting meds and sorting issues with his kidneys and infections because he is immunocompromised.

At the same time, a hurricane has come through while I’ve still been sick – so my body is just in a state right now.

Our Daxy had his chemo again yesterday – vet trip #3 for the week #bless – but we are so thankful that he is tolerating it well.

(Again, so grateful for our amazing veterinary team. ❤ )

We also had a travel day mixed in – literally during the hurricane on Thursday – as my better half had a mandatory meeting for work. The huge bright side of our travelling, though, was that we got to see our precious Mom, Pop, and GJ. ❤

Whew. What a week.

Now, it is Saturday – Foosball Day – and we are planning to rest, make some casseroles and cupcakes, and cozy up on this rainy day in. ❤

Tomorrow and throughout next week I hope to get caught up on our book reports and banned book project as well. 🙂
