One of those chronic illness things that just is is having multiple doctors and making frequent visits to them.

Today started early with a Rheumy visit and tons of labs.

My fabulous Rheumy added a new diagnosis we had previously discussed, related to my immunodeficiency. The labs drawn today will determine our next course of action.

After that visit, I ran a few errands and then had another appointment for my CRPS that ended up taking several hours as well.

By the time I got home, I was totally exhausted and having significant pain.

I am so blessed to have the great health coverage my husband works so hard for and to have such excellent doctors for sure. I never want to lose sight of that.

Doctor days – especially when I’m already having pain issues with the weather – can just be difficult.

I’m sure I am not alone and many of my fellow spoonies are dealing with the same issues now.

Still, I’m about to snoodle up with Ollie and get some good rest tonight and tomorrow is a day for Christmas movies and writing Christmas cards. ♥️
