As I mentioned in my last post, it’s my birthday week and I will be celebrating big here as always because I am so so grateful for every one.

With plans for several 46 themed posts later this week, today’s post is a bit different.

It’s National Popcorn Day – and, owing to my Celiac Disease and all sorts of GI issues and food intolerances, my primary diet consists of every form of potato and bookoos of popcorn.

I airpop it at home and love the super unhealthy Target snack bar bags too.

Well, today, my amazing better half gave me the most fabulous early birthday gift to replace my air popper: my own super nifty popcorn machine.

Not only does it look really nice, the packets it makes taste like Target popcorn – oh my word.

Such a lovely present.
