As always, I have an autoimmune health report to share from several doctors appointments and tests over the past week – but we’ll do that tomorrow.
Today, instead, I want to tell y’all about the most lovely weekend with my people. ♥️
Late Friday night, Bug and I headed downtown for the Midnight Shadowcast of the Rocky Horror Picture Show performed by the Rocky Horror Hotdogs at Sidewalk Cinema on the day (midnight!) of the 50th Anniversary of the film.
We love Rocky Horror – and, in such an intimate venue, it was an absolute blast.
Also, I would be remiss if I didn’t share this article I came across about the official 50th Anniversary Celebration of Rocky Horror – and how thankful I am that our beloved Tim Curry was able to speak beforehand after all he has experienced with his health in recent years:
Rocky Horror’s 50th Anniversary Celebration.
As for us, here are a few pictures from our adventure:

I realized every bit of my old age when we got home at 230 A.M. (stone cold sober) with plans to road trip with my better half to Mom and Pop’s for football Saturday – and I rolled out of bed in the morning feeling like I had partied a week at Burning Man or something. 😂
(How in the *hell* did I used to actually stay out to all hours and raise a ruckus?!? 🤷🏻♀️😂🤷🏻♀️)
Anyway, as mornings are rough here no matter what, I did finally get going – and we were off for a big game day at the lake with Mom and Pop.
My Mississippi State Bulldogs played Tennessee and Alabama had a huge game against Georgia so we were stoked.
As it all happened, my boys lost in overtime – but, oh my word, at how far we’ve come even from last year.
After our game, in an amazing win, Alabama beat Georgia 24-21 and there was much celebration all around. ♥️

It was a fantastic weekend and I am so thankful for my people. ♥️
As I mentioned earlier, next post I’ll be sharing the latest in rheumy/immunologist news as well as some hormone therapy we’re starting.
For now, I am *still* wiped so Ollie and I are off to snoodle up for the night.

Be well, everybody. Take care of yourselves and each other.
Grace and Blessings.
