Well, y’all, it turns out today is National Take Your Dog to Work Day – and, of course, I write from home – and my precious Henry P, the world’s best weenie dog/service dog is always by my side – so he is always “at work” with me. ❤

If you’ve been here for any length of time, you know how important Henry is to me and our family – and how many health challenges he has fought through. Our amazing veterinarian has truly saved his life – and Henry and I now take three of the same daily meds for autoimmune disease. hehe.

I am just SO grateful for something that has worked for him! ❤

He joined our family when he was four as a rescue puppy from our local Humane Society on the recommendation of my cardiologist when I was having some serious issues with my tachycardia and it wasn’t responding well to medications. Some of my other cardiac issues were also running amok and we just needed them to settle down.

He has been the biggest blessing to our family – and I thought, since it is Take Your Dog to Work Day – I would share some favorite Henry pics. ❤

He is just the best little buddy we could EVER ask for and we are so so thankful for him.
