As today’s title indicates, it is National Henry Day.

Of course, this means we must take a moment to celebrate the joy that our Henry Petunia brings to our family.

We love him so so much. ❤

As it is National Henry Day, I was thinking on well known Henrys worth celebrating today who share a name with the world’s most fabulous weenie dog:

• Henry Spencer – though fictional, the Pscyh dad is our Henry’s namesame. ❤
• Henry David Thoreau (of course).
• Henry Rollins is the best.
• Henry Winkler is the funniest, sweetest man.
• It’s spelled differently – but we’re still going to count Henri Matisse because I love his work.
• And, finally, we must include Superman – Henry Cavill.

Our little guy is in some pretty good company – but he’s still the best Henry I say. 😉

On a more serious note, August 6th is also the Feast of the Transfiguration of Jesus, a beautiful day being celebrated at Mass today.
