blogtober day 12 – world arthritis day.

As I’m still recovering and my brain fog has felt too thick to start with the topics I have saved for this month, it seemed fitting that today is World Arthritis Day. šŸ˜‰

Among the diagnosis included in World Arthritis Day are: lupus, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and gout.

(There are over 100 types of arthritis altogether.)

All types can lead to limited mobility as well as chronic pain and disability.

As so many of my regular posts are devoted to arthritis and autoimmune issues and the spoonie life, today’s post is not really a lengthy one about arthritis complications.

I just wanted to reminded everyone that it is World Arthritis Day.

I also came across an article that someone wrote for today about arthritis in our furbabies that I wanted to share:

Arthritis In Pets.

Be well, everybody. Take care of yourselves and each other.

Grace and Blessings.
