october eve.

Y’all, after a long, difficult-at-times summer, October is finally here.

Though our house is sort of decorated for Halloween year round 😉 , we are getting all of our outdoor decorations out as well as my pumpkin collection and our skeletons that live around the house. . .

It’s so exciting. ❤

At the same time, as the weather is slowly cooling enough for me to get outside, I have to go through all of my plants to see which ones have survived this summer.

(My better half has been ahhh-mazing about going out in this infernal heat to water them – but I was so sick for so long that I am afraid many of them were just too neglected.)

Initially, I was really *really* upset about that – but I’ve realized, especially considering how very fortunate I am to be up and able to sort plants now, that it is hardly anything that’s not fixable.

I’ll get out and sort plants, let go of the ones that are too far gone, and start fresh with some beautiful fall blooms too. ❤

this ❤

Also, I hope – with my fingers and toes crossed – that I will have an Amazon book release on Monday – gah!!! – and then local dates in the next couple of weeks. I am so excited! ❤

Be well, everybody. Take care of yourselves and each other.

Grace and Blessings. ❤
