As I shared in my earlier post, I have been in distress over health issues and other concerns this week, things I cannot change – and I do think it is important to share those things here, especially so that my fellow chronic illness sufferers may feel less alone as they deal with similar issues.
However, that is only part of my life – and I have stop and remember this when I find myself in a gloom spiral.
This particular upset was worsened by getting really sick and having to cancel conference (deeply upsetting), while other distressing concerns seemed to come from every corner (think wack-a-mole from Hale).
That said, today I intend to share two joyful posts, one the story of our family and how we now have a 7 1/2 foot sasquatch living on the side of our house 😉 , the other a love list of everyday sort of wonderful things I am so blessed and lucky and grateful to have in my life. ❤
First, a love list.
I’m grateful for so many things, big and small, that make our cozy Hippie Hut life wonderful.
I’m thankful for hanging out with Courtney, Bug, and Henry, having dinner and watching Ted Lasso.

I’m thankful for my flowers just exploding this month – and the world’s most adorable grandpup in there guarding my hibiscus too. ❤

I’m grateful for working on our home projects, like my second library and my vanity area, making gradual changes that make a big difference. ❤

I’m thankful for Diet Dr. Peppie, my daily fuel. 😉

I love the solar lights Courtney gave me for my greenhouse. ❤

And I was absolutely blown away to get to see the Northern Lights from our home. ❤

I love how much our grandpup, Goblin, makes me laugh – even managing to set off the noise alarm on my Apple Watch “talking” to me. ❤

I am thankful for getting to share Pancake House breakfasts with my Buggle – and that they are still as fabulous as they were 25 years ago in my RHS days. ❤

And I am so thankful that this guy is feeling all kinds of Henry Petunia and running the house and stealing my bear and taking my spot. ❤ ❤ ❤

There is so much I am grateful for, most of all my wonderful family here in the Hippie Hut.
I am blessed. ❤

Be well, everybody. Take care of yourselves and each other.
Grace and Blessings.
